Join InFocus – We’re recruiting new members
Want to help improve LiveWest services across the South West? We’re looking for five customers to join InFocus, our regional customer network.
InFocus members work with LiveWest to review services, share customer feedback, and suggest improvements that make a real difference.
What you’ll do
- Attend quarterly meetings and other meetings.
- Review services and performance.
- Share ideas and customer experiences.
- Help improve services for all customers.
Who can apply?
No experience is needed — just enthusiasm and a willingness to get involved. We’re looking for customers who are:
- Confident sharing ideas.
- Respectful and open-minded.
- Interested in improving services.
- Reliable and willing to learn.
We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and are particularly keen to hear from younger customers, customers from ethnic minority communities, and LGBT+ customers.
We want InFocus to reflect the diverse communities we serve, and we value the different experiences, ideas, and perspectives that people can bring to the group.
What support is available?
We’ll provide:
- Training and mentoring
- IT equipment
- Travel expenses
- Ongoing support from the Customer Engagement Team
