We are looking to grow the number of customers in our Friends of InFocus group, who play an important part in having their say on the services they receive from LiveWest.
Joining the group will give you the chance to share your views to help improve things for you and other LiveWest customers. You will not need to commit very much time at all, with around 20 minutes every couple of months being plenty to make a difference. You can also get involved from the comfort of your home.
As a friend of InFocus, you can support the InFocus group by sharing your experiences of services with them, and by commenting on their reports and recommendations.
We are keen to hear from as many customers as possible, but we particularly welcome applications from customers from an ethnic minority background, the LGBTQ+ community, residents under the age of 45, and shared owners. This is to help us get feedback from a diverse range of customers.
