We offer a number of ways you can pay your rent and other charges.
Your Allpay card has your registered name and reference number on it, so keep it with you when paying with any of the methods below.
Methods for making a payment
You can access the customer portal here. Sign up for an account, then you can login, make payments and keep track of your balance.
Direct Debit payments can be made on any day of the month and can be set up on a weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly basis.
To set up your Direct Debit please call the Income team on 01752 856 143. All you will need is your bank account number and sort code and it will take less than 5 minutes to complete.You can pay online through Allpay. You will need your 19 digit Allpay payment card number. You can easily make a payment wherever you are, at the touch of a button on your Apple or Android smartphone, with the AllPay app. The AllPay mobile app is free to download from your app store.

Over the phone
If you have a debit or credit card, you can pay through the Allpay automated payment service, 24 hours a day. You will be asked for your rent payment card number so have this card with you. You will then be asked for details from your debit or credit card and the amount you want to pay. You can call the automated Allpay line on 0330 041 6497.
By text using a debit or credit card
You'll need to register your Allpay card first. Next text 'pay' along with your password and the amount to 81025.
At a shop with a Post Office or PayPoint outlet by cash or debit card
Rent free weeks 2025/26/27
Historically LiveWest has given different tenancy agreements. As part of some tenancies, customers living mostly in Devon or Cornwall have 4 weeks each year when rent is not charged, known as the rent free weeks. Each charging week these customers pay slightly more than an equivalent customer with no rent free weeks, this ensures the amount is the same over the full year.
