We've recently upgraded our customer portal to make it more secure, reliable and easier to use.
The changes we've made strengthen the security of customer accounts while helping to improve the availability of our online services. As part of the upgrade, the way you sign in to the portal has changed.
What's changed?
The updated login process includes an additional security step to help protect your account. Once your account has been set up, you'll use a one-time passcode sent to your email address each time you log in.
To get started, you'll first need to create a new password.
Getting started
If you've received an email from us:
You should receive an email from noreply@livewest.co.uk. If it doesn't appear in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.
To activate your account:
- Open the email and select 'Go to customer portal'.
- Create a new password when prompted.
- Click 'Change Password' to save it.
- You'll then be signed in automatically.
If you haven't received an email:
Don't worry — you can still access your account.
- Visit the Forgotten Password page.
- Enter the email address linked to your customer portal account.
- Select 'Send reset link'.
- Open the email we send you and click the reset link.
- Follow the steps to activate your account above.
Logging in after your first visit
Once you've completed the setup process, signing in will be quick and secure:
- Enter your email address and select 'Log in'.
- We'll send a one-time passcode to your email address.
- Enter the passcode on the login screen.
- Select 'Verify' to access your account.
The one-time passcode helps keep your account secure while ensuring you can continue to access our online services whenever you need them.
If you haven't used our Customer Portal before, now is a great time to get started. By signing up, you can check your rent balance, make payments, report repairs, update your details and access a range of services online at a time that suits you.
Visit our customer portal page to sign up.
If the Customer Portal isn't for you, you can still get in touch with us via phone or email.
