Saving energy safely

It is important not to turn off safety features LiveWest has installed in your home to try and save energy. This includes extractor fans and Legionella settings on boilers. The savings are likely to be very minimal and can put you at risk.

Read our Radon safety page for more information on radon fans.

Read our water safety leaflet for more information on Legionella.

It is also important that you keep your home warm enough. Keeping the temperature of your living room between 18°C and 21°C (between 16°C and 20°C for babies’ rooms) is important for you and your family’s wellbeing.
