Customer Portal unavailable overnight.

As part of a continuing programme of essential work to ensure the security and stability of systems, our Customer Portal will be unavailable from 5:30pm on 9 April until 7:30am on 10 April. For health and safety emergencies during these hours, please use our out of hours service by calling 0300 123 8080.

Planned maintenance on our customer portal

Our customer portal will be unavailable from Friday 1 to Monday 4 December.

We are going to be making some improvements to some of our systems from 6pm on Friday 1 December until 7am on Monday 4 December. During this time our customer portal will be unavailable. 

This means you will not be able to report or track repairs, check your balance, or use any of the other services you normally would on the portal. 

If you have an emergency repair during this time, you can still make use of our out of hours emergency repairs service by calling 0300 123 8080. Read more about our out of hours emergency repairs service

If you need to make a payment, view the different ways you can pay your rent or other charges other than on the portal

We will let you know about any further updates to this planned maintenance.

We launched our upgraded customer portal earlier this year, which provides a better way to report and track repairs, make payments and view your transactions.
