We have launched our updated customer portal

Sign up to our portal now for a better way to track your repairs and make payments.

Our updated customer portal is now live! 

If you have used our portal before, you may notice that it is a bit different. 

If you haven’t used our portal before, you can sign up for it now – all you need is your agreement number. Our portal offers an easy way to manage your account anywhere and anytime.

We have been working hard to improve our existing portal, so that it works better for you. 

Our updated portal offers a better way to report and track your repairs. When you report repairs through the portal, you help us identify the issue and fix it for you first time. 

By enabling you to track your repairs, our updated portal keeps you updated on the status of your repair and makes it easier for you to give feedback once a repair has been completed.

We have also improved the process for you to pay your rent, with a dedicated area of the portal to help you keep track of your account balance and manage your payments.

Redesigning the old portal with accessibility in mind, our new portal’s refreshed design means it’s easier to use, helping more of our customers access the features available.

We worked closely with LiveWest customers to develop the updated portal, listening to customer feedback to make sure our portal works for you. 

We are continuing to improve the portal, so you may see new features coming soon.
