Why this information matters
Sharing building safety information helps ensure that:
- Residents understand what’s being done to keep their building safe.
- You have clear, reliable updates about any works taking place.
- You know who to contact if you have concerns or questions.
- We meet our responsibilities under the Building Safety Act.
- Your safety is our priority, and we want to make it easy for you to access the information that matters most.

Resident Engagement Strategy
LiveWest has a resident engagement strategy for high risk buildings so that residents are kept informed, listened to, and involved in keeping their homes safe.
These buildings require extra safety checks, and it is important that residents understand what is happening, why it matters, and how they can raise concerns.
Having a clear engagement strategy is also a legal requirement under the Building Safety Act, which says residents must be given clear safety information and a say in building safety matters.
This approach helps LiveWest share information in ways that work for different people, listen to residents’ views, and work together to improve safety and confidence in their building.
