We've launched a new online lettings pack to make it easier for rented customers to find important information about their home, tenancy and the support available from us.

If you've previously saved or bookmarked our PageTiger lettings pack, you'll need to update your link. The old PageTiger version will expire on 30 September 2026 and will no longer be available after this date.

Our new lettings pack can be accessed here.

The new page brings together key information in one place, helping you find what you need quickly and easily whenever you need it.

Whether you're new to LiveWest or have been living in your home for some time, the lettings pack includes useful guidance about your tenancy, paying your rent, getting repairs completed, and the services and support available to you.

To avoid losing access to this information, we encourage you to save the new link and remove any bookmarks that point to the previous PageTiger version before the end of September.

If you have any questions or need support accessing the information, please get in touch with us.
