How often are my estate and communal areas inspected?

Our Property Services team will regularly visit estate and communal areas to carry out an inspection. These inspections will include ensuring the area is free of obstructions which could cause a fire risk. Back to top

Checking that contractors are delivering the cleaning and maintenance on your estate and communal areas are in line with the standards stated within their contact. Back to top

Your Housing officer will also carry out additional checks when they are on your estate. Back to top
