As part of a continuing programme of essential work to ensure the security and stability of systems, our Customer Portal will be unavailable from 5:30pm on Friday 10 April until 7:30am on Monday 13 April. We are gathering customer feedback on our website

We want to hear what customers think about our website to make improvements.

In June some of our customers will receive a phone call asking them if they would like to take part in a survey to collect customer feedback on our website. 

Some of our customers will be contacted by our partner, Fiora, and asked to take part in a short survey. 

The survey is an opportunity to help us understand and improve the user experience of our website. 

If you receive a phone call, you will be asked to participate in a feedback exercise lasting roughly 10-20 minutes. This exercise will be completed over Microsoft Teams and will involve you visiting our website and giving feedback on it. As a thank you for participating in the feedback exercise, you will receive a £10 Love2Shop voucher. 

The research is completely voluntary, so if you do not want to take part, please just let Fiora know when they call you. If you do decide to take part, all information given will be kept confidential.
