It is our responsibility to make sustainable choices when it comes to the building materials and structure of your home, including your heating systems. This means that you won’t be able to access government grants directly, or get funded work undertaken on your home by other companies.

We are committed to ensuring that all of our homes meet a minimum energy performance standard of EPC C, or higher. We are investing over £50m into this commitment, with a programme in place to reach this goal by 2028 – two years ahead of the government target.

If your property is not currently EPC C or higher, you will receive a letter explaining how and when we will improve the energy efficiency of your home. Once selected, your home will be assessed so that we can create a unique plan, taking into account the individual situation based on the survey. Because of this, we can not give an indication of specific works we might undertake until after surveys have been completed. We are unable to respond to individual customer requests for dates of assessments on their homes due to the scale of this programme, so please wait until you receive a letter from us with the details for your home improvement.
