We are aware of an error on the Estimate statement regarding your current 26/27 service charge amount shown in the box at the end of the proposed statement. This amount does not include any balance brought forward from the previous year so the amount quoted may be different to the amount you pay. We are currently working with our software provider to correct the error. We can confirm that all other amounts on the service charge estimate statement are correct including the proposed service charge payable from April 2027.
