We have recently finished getting the views of our customers about our proposed merger with Bromford Flagship, which we announced in early October. Find out more about the proposed merger. 

We want to say a huge thank you to our customers for sharing their views. Nearly 1,700 customers gave us their opinion, with 57.9% who answered telling us they support the merger. 

We have sent an email or letter to our customers to let them know about the results of the consultation. We have also published a video with Suzanne Brown, Executive Director of Operations, who has given an update about the consultation, what you told us, what we’ll do with the information you gave us and what the next steps are.
