We are committed to building high quality homes that people love to live in. There are occasions when you may want to make improvements or alterations to your home. It is important that all alterations are of benefit to the home and the surrounding neighbourhood and improve the condition and value of the home by being professionally completed and to a high standard.

Permission to make alterations in your home will differ if you rent or own your home. Before submitting a Customer Alterations and Improvements form, please read the attached policy for further guidance. Appendix A of the policy contains a list of alterations that do not require our permission, alterations we may consider granting permission for and alterations we will refuse.

If you own your home, you can view the policy for homeowners and complete the form on the page.

If you rent your home from us, you can complete this form. You will need to send it to us along with any technical information, photographs and supporting drawings for us to consider. Please allow up to 28 days for our response.

If you have a medical need that requires minor or major adaptions in your home and you have documentation from medical professionals to support your request, find out more about installing aids and adaptations in your home.
