We have released our 2025 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Report, reflecting a year of action to create fairer communities and workplaces across the South West.
The report highlights how LiveWest is breaking down barriers - whether that’s helping people into new careers, making homes more accessible, or creating a workplace where everyone can thrive. From supporting women into trade roles to reducing the gender pay gap, we have taken steps to ensure opportunities are open to all, regardless of background.
This year has also seen significant investment in home adaptations, enabling customers with additional needs to live safely and independently. Meanwhile, our colleague network groups have continued to champion inclusion, celebrate diversity, and shape change across the organisation.
Executive Director of People and Communications, Paul Turner, said:
“We want every customer to feel heard and respected, and every colleague to have the opportunity to succeed. This report shows we’re not just talking about inclusion—we’re living it.”
While the report celebrates progress, the work doesn’t stop here. We remain committed to listening, learning, and acting to create communities where everyone has the chance to thrive.
