We’re celebrating National Customer Service Week and the vital role it plays in our organisation.

National Customer Service Week takes place from Monday 5 - Friday 9 October and the themes for the week are insight, capability and skills, recognition, leadership, trust, ethics and sustainability.

Sarah Williams our Head of Customer Experience said: ‘’The usual way we deliver customer service at LiveWest has been different over these past months, but we still want to highlight the excellent customer service delivered by LiveWest. 

''This is a great opportunity for us to recognise the importance of customer service and our teams who provide this service to our customers.’’
