Update on our services

We want to take this opportunity to give you an update on our current services. 

Like businesses across the country, we are still experiencing a number of staff absences due to Covid-19, and this is having an impact on our services. We continue to use external contractors to help us, but there are still delays to some services.

We are also experiencing challenges acquiring some materials from our suppliers, which is affecting our ability to attend to some repairs as quickly as we would like to. We understand that this is frustrating but please bear with us and we will get to you as soon as we can. We will continue to prioritise emergency, urgent and safety required repairs.

Our Housing Officers

Our teams are still out and about in our communities and are available to offer support. We are accepting mutual exchange requests; however, demand is still high, and we are working hard to ensure we can process your requests as soon as possible.
