As part of a continuing programme of essential work to ensure the security and stability of systems, our Customer Portal will be unavailable from 5:30pm on Friday 10 April until 7:30am on Monday 13 April. Technical issues resolved - thanks for your understanding

Due to yesterday's technical issues, we have a backlog of customer enquiries which we are working through as quickly and effectively as we can.
