We’ve improved the way customers log in to the portal. These changes will help us maintain and enhance security, as well as increasing the availability of online services.
How do I log in?
From your email:
You will be sent an email from noreply@livewest.co.uk. Please check your junk inbox too just in case your email provider has marked it as junk.
For your first login, please follow these steps:
- Click on ‘Go to customer portal’ link within your email.
- You will be promoted to change your password. Enter a new password and click on ‘Change Password.’
- You’ll then be logged in automatically.
For future logins, simply:
- Enter your email address and press ‘Log in’
- You will then be sent a one-time passcode to your email
- Enter the passcode from the email on the screen.
- Click on ‘Verify' and you will be logged in.

- Enter your email address* and click on ‘Send reset link’.
- You will receive an email from us with a reset link. Click on the link.
- You will be promoted to change your password. Enter a new password and click on ‘Change Password.’
- You’ll then be logged in automatically.

- Enter your email address and press ‘Log in’
- You will then be sent a one-time passcode to your email
- Enter the passcode from the email on the screen.
- Click on ‘Verify’ and you will be logged in.
*This will be the email address you have used to set up the customer portal. If your email address has changed, please contact us.
What can you do on the customer portal?
Here’s a reminder of what you can do on our customer portal:
- You can manage your rent account
- You can update your contact details
- You can report non-emergency repairs
- You can choose or change appointments for booked non-emergency repairs
I have not used the customer portal before; how do I join?
- Click on this link to load the customer portal.
- Click on ‘Sign Up’.
- Enter your First name, last name, email address date of birth and agreement reference number.
- Click on ‘Create an account’
- You will be asked to create a password.
- Once you have created a password you will be logged in automatically.
For future logins, simply:
- Enter your email address and press ‘Log in’
- You will then be sent a one-time passcode to your email
- Enter the passcode from the email on the screen.
- Click on ‘Verify’ and you will be logged in.
