Our Communications Coordinator Lauren Ward was been shortlisted for Outstanding Apprentice of the Year in the service sector of the Bristol & Bath Apprenticeships Awards.
Lauren joined LiveWest in March 2017 as an apprentice and her first role was in Learning and Development where she helped to review the induction process for new colleagues.
Her next role was to work in the defects team within development, where she helped to develop a new home user guide for customers which was turned into a digital pack.
After that, she joined the communications teams and helps to shape internal communications for the organisation.
Lauren said: “I was delighted to be shortlisted, it was a real honour for me.
“LiveWest has been great to me and helped me to develop new skills and work on a variety of tasks.
“I am looking forward to the future.”
LiveWest was a sponsor of the awards and presented the prize for the category of Apprentice of the Year in the Health, Education and Care Sector.
