1.    When will I know it is safe to go back to my home? 
All homes have now been inspected by a structural surveyor and considered safe for residents to move back into.

2.    What should I do if my property has suffered damage?
Now that you have safely moved back into your home, we will be in contact to assess the required repairs and coordinate the contractors who will help us repair the damage following the detonation.  
If you own your home, as a leaseholder or as a shared owner, please contact us to let us know if you would like us to lead on the interior repairs and repairs to the windows and external doors of your home. 

3.    Are the contents in my home covered by insurance?
If you have contents insurance, please contact your insurer as soon as you can. You are responsible for the contents of your home.  If you are struggling financially, please contact us on 0300 123 8080 or email our team at exeterevacuation@livewest.co.uk.

4.    Who will repair my property?
If we can repair your home this will be done by either our team of skilled operatives or by our contractors.  

5.    Will I have to pay for my home to be repaired?
All building work will be paid for by LiveWest. You are responsible for the contents of your home. If you have contents insurance, please contact your insurer as soon as you can. 6.     What should I do about a pet or pets I had to leave behind?
Following the temporary arrangements put in place with the RSPCA, and other organisations, you can have your pets back in your home now that our building surveyor has confirmed it is safe for you to return. 

7.    How do I remain safe from coronavirus (Covid-19)?
During the coronavirus outbreak, we are taking extra steps to protect our customers and our colleagues. We are constantly reviewing the government’s latest guidance and our teams are doing everything they can from social distancing to wearing PPE to reducing the risk of transmission. There are some simple ways you can help protect yourself and others from getting coronavirus:  

•    Frequently wash your hands
•    Maintain social distancing 
•    Avoid crowded areas, especially indoors
•    Wear a face mask or covering.
