We are committed to improving the services we deliver for our customers.
As part of this, our Customer Service team will be taking part in training each month. This training will help our Customer Service team respond to more of your queries at first point of contact.
On the last Wednesday of every month, from 8am to 12.30pm our Customer Service team will not be available to take your calls.
During this training:
- You can still access your account and manage services online using the customer portal.
- You will still be able to report emergency repairs. Find out what an emergency repair.
Our team will be back available to take your calls and respond to your emails at 12:30 on the training days. Our first training will be on 17 December, and in 2026 training will be on the last Wednesday of each month.
