Our Independent Living Officers are a familiar and trusted presence on site, offering regular drop‑in sessions, meaningful engagement, and tailored support when it’s needed. From helping customers manage their tenancy and wellbeing, to promoting community connections and keeping schemes safe and well‑managed, our focus is on early support, fairness, and clear communication.
We are committed to creating places where customers feel secure, informed, and connected – supporting independence for as long as possible while building vibrant, welcoming communities where people can truly thrive.
