Head to our website and click on ‘My Account’

You will be prompted to enter your postcode, click submit and select what type of customer you are

You will then see this message, click on ‘Get agreement number’

Enter your tenancy reference number and postcode and click submit. You can find your tenancy reference number in the top right hand of your Tenancy Agreement or at the top right hand of any letter from us.
Tenancy Numbers start with the following: DW0000********* or CU76***********

Note down and 'copy to clipboard' your new agreement number and then click ‘go to portal’

Click ‘Create an account’ - then enter your name, date of birth, email and new agreement number and click 'Sign up'

Check your email for a confirmation email. Sometimes automated emails can end up in junk folders, so please ensure you check this. Once you’ve confirmed your email you’re all good to go and login.
