How can the Tenancy Sustainment team support me? 

To deal with debt issues, the next step to take is to get in touch with us. Our Tenancy Sustainment team understand that this can be difficult to admit, especially making the first contact, but our colleagues can support you. 

You may also find that we can do more to help than you might expect. This could be helping you to set up Universal Credit, giving you guidance on how to pay your bills or signpost you to partners who can provide you with further support. You may also be eligible for a crisis and hardship grant. If so, our colleagues will help you with your application.
