This application is the first step of applying for a LiveWest Resales Shared Ownership property. If your application has been chosen by the seller you will then be referred to either your own broker, if you have specified one in this form, or to New Homes Mortgage Helpline if you haven’t provided the details of a broker, for an affordability assessment. An affordability assessment is required for all applicants regardless of whether you are a cash purchaser. For further details of the application process please ask the estate agent to provide you with the ‘How to apply’ document if not already done so. Please be advised during your application you may need to provide a statutory credit report ( supplied by Equifax, clear score, Experian). When you submit your application LiveWest will be in contact with you to confirm if your application is the first in line.
