If you are interested in more than one plot on the same development, please submit only one application form and list all plot numbers you wish to be considered for. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by our Sales team, who will contact you regarding the outcome and any next steps.

Before continuing, please confirm you meet all the mandatory criteria below:
You are 18 or over
You cannot afford to buy a home on the open market
Shared Ownership is intended for households who cannot afford to buy a suitable home outright that meets their needs.
You have a household income of less than £80,000 a year
This includes everyone who will be living in the home.
If you own a home, this is sold subject to contract and you have a memorandum of sale to evidence this
You meet the local connection requirements (if applicable)
The local connection criteria can be found either on the development advertisement page of our website or attached to the emails you have received about the release.

Is this a first time buy?
This needs to be a minimum of 5% of the share value. For example, if the share value is £150,000 the minimum deposit you would need is £7,500.

Are you or any of your household currently working or related to an employee of LiveWest?
Are you or the joint applicant currently serving in the armed forces (MoD)?
Have you or the joint applicant served in the Armed Forces previously for a minimum of 6 years and can produce a discharge certificate or similar as proof, and you are 2 years within the date of discharge?
Are you or the joint applicant a surviving partner of regular service personnel who has died in service, and you are 2 years within the date of being bereaved?
Does any of your household own a domestic pet?
Will anyone else be living with you at your home?
