Is your home outside of the defects period?

If you have purchased a new build home usually you have a defects period for the first 12 months. If you are unsure please check with your Homeownership Officer.

Please note: If you have recently submitted a structural repair claim you will be required to wait 5 minutes before resubmitting another.
