Do you need extra help to escape a fire?

If you think you might need extra help in the event of a fire, please let us know. 

We can carry out an assessment for vulnerable customers who may need extra help. This is known as a Person Centred Fire Risk Assessment (PCFRA). We will carry these out for customers living in buildings 11m to 18m tall with simultaneous evacuation, or over 18m. 

This assessment looks at your circumstances and your home to see what risks there are and any extra help you might need. We will visit your home to carry out the assessment. 

Following the assessment, a plan will be put in place which will help to keep you safe.
