Understanding more about our customers helps us to provide the best service possible.

During the past year, we have made real progress to improve our understanding of our customers’ by collecting and recording valuable information about them.

By understanding our customers, we can make sure that our range of services work for them. 

We would like to thank the thousands of customers who have helped us with this work so far. Our goal is to make sure everyone can use our services easily, and are happy with the experience when they do no matter what their needs. 

If you receive an email from us during May 2024, this will be because our current records are not complete, and we need to know a bit more about you. We will ask you to complete a short online form to resolve this.

What if you do not want to give LiveWest your information? 

We understand that some customers may not want to share their information with us, so we will be providing an option for you to indicate that you would ‘prefer not to say’. By using this option, we will know what your wishes are and therefore will not ask you for this information again in future.
