We offer a coaching service

We have seen a large increase in calls from people concerned their neighbours are experiencing social isolation during these challenging times.

We offer a free coaching service called RESOLVE to provide support and advice to customers on how to manage positive communication and cope with anxiety and concerns.

Our customers have found this has helped them deal with neighbour disputes and issues and helped to build positive relationships with neighbours.

RESOLVE can be contacted on 0800 772 0651.

What is tenancy fraud

Tenancy fraud is when a resident provides false information to gain a property, sublets the property to someone else or does not use the property as their only or main home. Tenancy fraud is now a criminal matter and local authorities have the power to prosecute those who unlawfully sublet their social housing. We work closely with local authority investigators to crack down on housing fraud.

You can contact us if you have concerns about housing fraud.

What is county lines

This is the term used to describe a form of organised crime where criminals based in urban areas put pressure on vulnerable people and children to transport, store and sell drugs in smaller county towns. It takes its name from the phone lines used by organised crime gangs to communicate between towns. We have seen an increase in this type of ASB and our teams are working closely with the police as part of the wider community safety forums.
