Our Tenancy Sustainment team

As a company we focus on providing good quality, affordable housing, working together to help improve wellbeing and build strong, sustainable and resilient communities where our customers want to live.

LiveWest recognises that there have been enormous challenges for our customers over the last few years. With the rise in the cost of living, the energy crisis and reduction in income we have seen the impact on our customers’ not only in their sense of wellbeing, but also in their ability to heat their homes, pay their bills and put food on the table.

The Tenancy Sustainment team is a specialist service offered to our customers who may be struggling. We play a key role in supporting our customers by offering advice and guidance to customers to help them look after their homes. The team work closely with colleagues and external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for our customers.

The aim of this service is to provide support to prevent tenancy failure and homelessness.
