Local people gather at Comeytrowe to look at new development

As a joint venture partner for a flagship development in Taunton, it's great to be able to provide 177 affordable homes

Local people looking for a new energy efficient property flocked to Orchard Grove in Comeytrowe to visit a new marketing suite.

We are a joint venture partner with the consortium, along with Vistry Group – which includes Bovis Homes and Linden Homes – which is delivering the flagship development at Comeytrowe, Taunton 

On the launch day, visitors enjoyed complimentary pancakes and hot drinks from the local Pancake Pod, as well as themed cupcakes to tie in with the new road names at the development.

Located off Comeytrowe Road, Orchard Grove will feature 2,000 homes within two neighbourhoods, a primary school, business park, local centre, park and bus service, plus 100 acres of open green space that will include play areas, allotments and sports pitches.

The development will include a wide range of homes to suit a variety of different needs and budgets, including private sale, shared ownership, and affordable rent.

A total of 177 affordable homes will also be developed over the next five years at the Comeytrowe urban extension in Taunton - 108 for rent and 69 for shared ownership.
